About
Yubika Gautam is a student from Surkhet, with a passion for reading — especially crime fiction — as well as watching sitcoms and crocheting. She is motivated to join the Global Coalition for Special Consideration (GCSC) as it deeply aligns with her personal experience: seeing a classmate take the SEE exams while recovering from appendicitis and still attached to an IV drip. That moment made her realize how urgently educational systems needed to be changed and that’s what interests and relates more to her.As a first-time campaigner, Yubika is eager to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience in teamwork and leadership. In her role as a strategic planner, she hopes to contribute actively and thoughtfully to bring the success to GCSC.
